About Salter Square
Salter Square is a community of 183 town homes located at the south-east corner of Beaverbrook, the first and oldest neighbourhood in Kanata. Beaverbrook is known for its hedged houses and community facilities and is also home to Canadian businessman Terry Matthews.
These attractive Campeau-built town homes were built in 1975 and are surrounded by an abundance of green space, mature trees and walking paths. Other features include a children’s play structure and the popular outdoor swimming pool. Several raised-bed gardens have sprouted up for the veggie-loving green thumbs in the community. Salter Square is conveniently located near the 417 and OC Transpo Park-and-Ride facilities. What is a condominium?
In a condominium, each individual owner owns (holds title to) a specific unit and all unit owners own a share in the common property.
A Condominium Corporation is an association of the unit owners. The role of the Board of Directors of Carleton Condominium Corporation #77 (CCC#77) is to manage the property, which includes the units and the common property.
