This week there were reports of police investigating “suspicious incidents” in the neighbourhood surrounding Salter. Schools and local media are alerting people to be extra vigilante and to ensure your children follow basic safety precautions while travelling to and from school. Children should either be accompanied by an adult or older child, travel in groups, stay on main road and pathways and do not speak with strangers.
